iHeir-FP发泡抗菌剂（以下简称为FP）外观为无色透明液体，具有很高的活性，能快速吸附细菌和病毒，并迅速击穿它们的膜体系，使菌体胞内物质外流，且抑制某些附于细胞膜的酵素活动，抑制了细菌病毒的分裂功能，使细菌病毒丧失繁殖能力，而且聚合物的形成堵塞了微生物的呼吸通道，使微生物窒息而死，从而达到杀抗菌效果。FP广泛使用，对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、破伤风杆菌等等细菌有很好抗菌作用。
性能特点
1.高效—只需少量添加量即可表现优异的抗菌效果。
2.安全—无毒无副作用，对皮肤、粘膜、眼睛无刺激过敏。
3.稳定—对光、热稳定；在较宽PH（PH=1～11）范围内稳定。
4.长效—不会产生细菌耐药性，长久有效。
5.环境友好—无色、无味、不挥发，不含重金属、卤素、酚类、醛类物质，对各类表面处理无腐蚀。
6.环保—通过TUV的Reach环保认证。
7.过关—送检SGS抗菌性能检测通过，抗菌率达99%+。
运用领域
FP广泛应用于塑料发泡行业，可添加在发泡材料（PP/PE/PVC/EVA/EPS/PU/硅橡胶）里或涂料颜料里面面一起使用。如抗菌鞋垫、瑜伽垫、餐垫、木板、碗筷餐具、签字笔文具等等。
使用说明
FP可直接在发泡、涂料、颜料等等原材料中直接添加，添加量为1%-2%。充分搅拌均匀。
包装与贮存
包装：25kg/桶。
贮存：请放置于阴凉干燥处存放，避免曝晒雨淋。保质期1年。
温馨提示
添加比例按调配液好后的总和的1-2%添加，充分搅拌均匀。打出来的样板送检时切勿用酒精消毒；加吐温80测试。
