2021年9月份，我收到一惠州龙门竹木制品厂家跟我反馈，工艺品发了霉，问我怎么处理，以及是否能带些样品过现场去给他们处理。
抵达现场后，他们拿出发了霉的工艺品给我们看，这是竹木制品台灯底盘，很漂亮的，发霉的地方大多是边缘处，甚至还长了毛，上了油漆都能发霉，可见发霉很严重。
分析发霉的原因有：
1.广东雨季比较长，常年多雨环境下，竹木制品容易受潮发霉。
2.潮湿环境下，竹木内里的真菌容易变异繁殖，真菌的活动导致了工艺品内里长霉出来。
3.工艺品都会用到胶水来粘合，胶水蛋白质高就容易给霉菌带来营养源，导致霉菌长期停留造成边缘死角等部分易发霉。
4.大部分的油漆是比较环保的，不含杀虫剂重金属，那么霉菌活动就变得猖獗，导致易发霉。
处理方法
1.进来的竹木材料务必烘干，保持水分湿度控制在12%以下，保障后期生产。
2.仓库要保持洁净卫生，干燥，定期喷洒防霉抗菌剂Spray。
3.胶水里添加JS胶水防霉剂改良。经改良胶水不容易滋生真菌，保护不发霉。
4.油漆里添加YQ油漆防霉剂改良。经改良油漆得到加强，霉菌远离，很难发霉。
5.做成成品后，可以用PT防霉剂来擦一下，防霉多一层巩固。
6.包装放矿物干燥剂。干燥的环境有利于保护产品不发霉。
经过上述的分析、处理方法以及现场实验作，竹木底盘工艺品确实得到了有效的防霉处理，后面厂家选择了用PT竹木防霉剂+干燥剂两种产品来对工艺品进行防霉防护。
总结
竹木制品很怕受潮、真菌感染引起发霉，广西钦州、广东惠州、福建邵武、南平、浙江湖州甚至北方山东曹县等等不同地方大多如此。所以防霉工艺须重视，并不是蒸干、煮干或上油漆就万事大吉了，可以针对性地去把防霉工艺落实到位，才能避免不必要的损失。等产品出现了发霉，才知道去做好防霉处理，那就后悔莫及了。
